<p>Join us for a walk at the Harrisburg Mall&nbsp;with Kix (Police Dog), Officer Scott Gibson, and Corporal Brandon Pokrop from the Swatara Township Police Department. Penn State Health will feature pedestrian safety messaging for adults and kids, especially focused on how to safely walk around cars,&nbsp;as well as why it is important to be physically active.</p>

<p><strong>What: </strong>National Prescription Drug Take Back Day</p>

<p><strong>When: </strong>October 26, 2019</p>

<p><strong>Where:</strong> Nationwide, multiple locations within Penn State Health</p>

<p><strong>Details:</strong> National Prescription Drug Take Back Day will be October 26, 2019 from 10am- 2pm. Unused or expired prescription medications are a public safety issue, leading to potential accidental, poisoning, misuse, and overdose. Proper disposal of unused drugs saves lives and protects the environment. Drug Take Back Day is a safe, convenient, and responsible way to dispose of unused or expired prescription drugs.</p>

<p>Four drop-off locations will be available within Penn State Health:</p>
